Network usage data:We may collect network types, network signals, etc. in relation to specific features of the SmartAg software. 

Location data:We may collect your location data when you use location-based program services or features. 

Feedback information:When you submit relevant feedback, the relevant user feedback logs, contact details and other information will be collected based on your choices.  

How this personal information will be used? Personal information is collected for the purpose of providing you with products and/or services and to ensure that we comply with applicable laws.You hereby consent to our processing of personal information for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and to the disclosure of personal information to our affiliated companies (which are involved in communications, technology and cloud businesses). 

We may use your personal information for the following purposes: 

Set up a SmartAg account.The information you fill in when setting up a SmartAg account through SmartAg will be used to set up your SmartAg account and to display relevant data in SmartAg. 

Process your order.Order-related data is used to process your orders, provide after-sales service, etc. 

Calculate scan results.We will use the scan data you have uploaded to calculate the results and send them back to you (the results are for reference only and cannot be used as a basis for judging some professional results). 

Statistical analysis.We may conduct statistical analysis of our services or devices and may share these statistics with the public or third parties for the purpose of demonstrating trends in the use of our products or services and for product and service optimization, but these statistics do not contain any identifying information about you. 

The application respects and protects the personal privacy of all users of the service.In order to provide you with a more accurate and personalised service, the application will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy.However, this application will treat such information with a high degree of diligence and due diligence.Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, the Application will not disclose this information to the public or provide it to third parties without your prior consent.The Application may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
